The history of the creation of the Neogen Dermalogy brand began in 2010 at the moment when the parent company Outin Future completed and launched a plant for the production of cosmetic products in the city of Seongnam, and in order not to idle production facilities, it was decided to launch the production of funds under its own brand.

Outin Future was founded in 2000 and has been working on the development and production of funds on a contract basis to order. Among the customers were such companies as The Saem, Etude House, Amore Pacific, Colgate, Lucene, The Face Shop, Missha and Pernod Ricard and many others. In 2009, an online store was launched under its own Neogen brand, and a year later, the first line of products was launched under this brand. Founded in 2000, the company has developed know-how, concepts and designs for over 50 brands on the market. With 15 years of knowledge and experience in the beauty industry, the brand has become a true leader among cosmetic brands, constantly creating a number of internationally recognized innovations.
