Purchase terms

When placing an order in the 7skin.lv online store and making a payment, you confirm that you are familiar with the Terms of Purchase and agree to them.

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1. The sales terms apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between customers of the online store 7skin.lv (hereinafter – the Customer) and ClimAria SIA (reg. No. 40103685670, legal address: Allažu 4-11, Riga, LV-1005, Latvia), the owner of the online store 7skin.lv (hereinafter – 7skin.lv).

1.2. These terms and the rights and obligations arising from the laws of the Republic of Latvia apply to all users of 7skin.lv and/or visitors wishing to purchase our products.

1.3. 7skin.lv reserves the right to amend the purchase terms and prices. All changes are displayed on the website 7skin.lv.

2. ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE SALES CONTRACT

2.1. 7skin.lv sells, and the Customer purchases the goods offered in the online store.

2.2. The contract between 7skin.lv and the Customer becomes effective upon payment of the specified amount by the Customer to the bank account of 7skin.lv after order confirmation.

2.3. By placing an order in the online store 7skin.lv and making a payment, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of sale.

3. PRICES

3.1. All prices in the online store 7skin.lv are stated in euros and include 21% value added tax.

3.2. 7skin.lv reserves the right to change prices. If the Customer has paid for the order before the price change, the new price does not apply to that Customer.

3.3. Delivery costs are not included in the product price. Delivery rates may change and are indicated in the “Delivery” section.

4. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT

4.1. Orders can be placed on the website 7skin.lv.

4.2. When placing an order, the Customer must provide their name, surname, phone number, delivery address, and email address.

4.3. Payment methods:

  • via internet banking, the Customer is redirected to the bank page (through the EveryPay payment system);
  • via Visa or Mastercard cards (through EveryPay). To guarantee product availability, in case of payment via internet banking or Visa/Mastercard, the product is reserved for 30 minutes during which the Customer must complete the payment. If payment is not received, the order is cancelled;
  • via “bank transfer” option, which allows the Customer to pay the invoice within 1 (24h) day to the specified bank details. To confirm the order, the Customer pays 100% of the order amount.

4.4. The contract is considered concluded, and we begin fulfilling the order immediately after the Customer pays 100% of the product price.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS

5.1. 7skin.lv prepares the order and transfers it to its logistics partners after the sales contract enters into force.

5.2. Delivery times, methods, and current delivery prices are indicated on the website 7skin.lv in the “Delivery” section.

5.3. Goods damaged during transportation are replaced with a new item if the product itself is damaged, not the packaging.

6. RECEIPT OF GOODS (SELF-PICKUP)

6.1. If the Customer, choosing self-pickup (free warehouse collection), does not collect the ordered goods within 30 (thirty) working days from the moment 7skin.lv sends a notification that the goods are ready for pickup, the Customer is considered to have failed to fulfill their obligations under the contract.

6.2. After the specified period, 7skin.lv has the right to:

6.2.1. consider the distance contract terminated due to the Customer’s fault without additional notice;

6.2.2. terminate the obligation to store and transfer the goods;

6.2.3. retain the amount paid by the Customer in full as a contractual penalty and compensation for costs related to order processing, storage of goods, reservation of goods for the Customer, and loss of opportunity to sell them;

6.2.4. dispose of the goods at its own discretion, including reselling them.

7. DELIVERY VIA PARCEL LOCKER AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

7.1. If the Customer does not collect the shipment from the parcel locker within the storage period set by the delivery operator and the shipment is returned to 7skin.lv, the Customer is obliged to reimburse the costs related to the return and reshipment of the order.

7.2. After the shipment is returned to 7skin.lv, the Customer is notified via the email address provided when placing the order.

7.3. If the Customer wishes to receive the order again, they must first pay the costs related to the return and reshipment. Reshipment is carried out only after payment is received.

7.4. If within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the notification the Customer does not respond to messages from 7skin.lv, does not pay reshipment costs, and does not take actions to receive the order, 7skin.lv has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract.

7.5. In this case, 7skin.lv has the right to retain the full amount paid by the Customer as a contractual penalty and compensation for costs related to order processing, storage of goods, reservation of goods for the Customer, and loss of opportunity to sell them, arising from the Customer’s failure to fulfill their obligations.

7.6. The goods are considered unclaimed, and 7skin.lv has the right to dispose of them at its own discretion, including reselling them.

7.7. The Customer confirms that before placing the order they have read these terms and agree to the obligation to reimburse the specified costs and losses in case of non-receipt of the shipment due to their fault.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1. Regulation No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations on Distance Contracts” provides that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and return goods purchased in the online store.

8.2. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, which must not be opened. This requirement also applies to cosmetic devices and similar goods.

8.3. The Customer bears the costs related to returning the goods, except in cases where the goods are defective or do not correspond to the order.

8.4. To return goods, the Customer must submit a return request within 14 days by email to [email protected], specifying the required order information.

8.5. Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

9. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

9.1. The parties are liable for breaches of the contract in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

9.2. Before using the product, the instructions must be carefully read.

9.3. 7skin.lv is not responsible for damages or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

10.1. The Customer agrees to the processing of personal data.

10.2. Personal data is used solely for order processing and is not transferred to third parties, except as provided in the Privacy Policy.

11. OTHER TERMS

11.1. In case of disputes, the parties shall seek to resolve them through negotiations. The Customer has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the court. 7skin.lv also has the right to protect its rights in court.
